California Uniform Public Cost Accounting Act (CUPCAA) – Contractor Registration

The California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA) is under the umbrella of the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Commission and provides for alternative bidding procedures pursuant to public contract code 22000 through 22045 when an agency performs public project work by contract. The Act allows a Public Agency to perform public projects of $60,000 or less by negotiated contract or purchase order and also allows agencies to let contracts of $200,000 or less without submitting the projects to formal bid. The City of Reedley has voluntarily elected by City Council Resolution 2015-089 to participate in CUPCCAA. The City must maintain a list of qualified contractors eligible to complete public projects under the CUPCCAA. A contractor may have their firm added to the City of Reedley’s contractors list at any time by providing the required information. To register, please click on the link below.
